The impact of COVID-19 is a concern for our clients and our employees. Beginning immediately, Wednesday 3/18/2020 we will be implementing strict measures to keep our staff and clients healthy.
We request that you please contact us through the phone or email prior to coming into the office that way we can decide the best way to limit contact.
We ask that you do not come in for anything that can be handled via phone.
We ask that all appointments please wait in their car and call us upon arrival to limit our contact and your contact in the office. For most cases we will take pets from the car into the hospital and report back to clients via cell phone for results, payment, discharges and all other needs.
When bringing your pet in if you or anyone you know has tested positive for COVID-19 or is experiencing symptoms please inform our staff so that proper measures can be taken. We request that no one sick brings the pet in, a healthy person must present the pet. While we believe your pet can not transmit the virus, it may be on their fur or leashes and can transmit to us from contact.
We will offer delivery to our clients for food and medications, we request that you call ahead and pay over the phone then we will have it delivered to your doorstep or mailbox.
We ask clients to be patient, with everything going on national suppliers may have longer order times for medical supplies or medications. If we are unable to get a needed medication for your pet, we will work to find a solution as our patients are always our first priority.
Emergency hospitals are also taking these measures to protect clients and themselves. If we refer you to emergency, we ask that you please call ahead as well and follow any guidelines they request.
Thank you so much for your understanding during this difficult time. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call the office, while we will try to remain open during normal business hours it is possible hours may be limited under these circumstances.
